Terms of Service

Welcome to Prompt Party, a virtual reality experience developed by Continuum VR Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) with Lunar Vision Productions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Prompt Party, including any related websites, services, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian review and agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You access Prompt Party through Meta login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We do not create a separate Prompt Party account.

3. Purchases

Prompt Party may offer optional paid subscriptions and one-time unlocks. Those purchases are processed by Meta. They are non-refundable except as required by Meta’s policies or applicable law, have no cash value, and can only be used within Prompt Party. We do not store your payment card details.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other players.
• Submit prompts, objects, spaces, or other content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service’s operation or the enjoyment of other players.
• Use the shared browser to display content that breaks these rules.

We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content

You may submit text prompts, generate objects, decorate and save spaces, and share spaces with other players. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

You grant Continuum VR Studios a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate Prompt Party, including generating objects from your prompts and showing shared spaces to other players. This license ends when the content is removed from the Service, except for copies we must keep for legal or security reasons, and except for content other players have already saved or that has been shared publicly.

6. Our Content

We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the Prompt Party name, environments, software, and artwork we provide. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Generated objects are produced for use inside the Service and do not transfer ownership of the Service or of third-party generation technology to you.

7. Shared Browser

The in-experience browser lets you view web pages and videos with other players. You are responsible for what you choose to open. We do not control third-party websites or videos shown through that browser.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
